After successfully applying few idea from books like ‘Atomic Habits’, ‘Eat that Frogs’. I decide to take away at least minimum one take away from every book and experiment in my life.
Today we are going to brief of one technique, which I got from this book ‘Make time’
DAILY HIGHLIGHT
Process is very simple
Daily night before going to bed, think only one item which can be done tomorrow, that will be my primary goal to achieve my early goal.
Morning – I will peel off the yesterday Highlight and comment on it, whether I done or incomplete or in-progress.
Then at the back of the Sticky notes – I immediately write down my yearly goal- to remind me every day and verify myself, am I going on the right direction.
Then – I paste Yesterday sticky notes in-front of me. So I can have overall view of my consistent in the weekly.
Morning – I peel DAILY HIGHLIGHT sticky notes and paste it on my computer
Evening – I will act on planned DAILY HIGHLIGHT. If something pop-up or i might feel lazy or procrastinate. Morning I will make a remark on it and paste it in-front of me.
Weekly-Review – I will take that into my excel and make note of it last week. So I can accountability of myself
Maximum it required 2 hours to complete it. If it take more than 2 hours. I will continue next day.
Day without any highlight. I often fall back to old life. Live a day without intention.
