My 3 Non-negotiables

For the past 180 days I have practiced these 3 non-negotiables which yield me good results, so that you don’t have to experiment on this. Just follow this steps
Results
For 3 month I have been posting daily one post in Instagram
4 videos published in May, June and July.
12 videos published in August.

My 3 non-negotiables are:
1. Read 25 pages daily
2. 60 mins exercise
3. 60 mins content generation.

Read 25 pages daily – helps me to generate ideas. If I am impressed by any idea. I will capture the idea and reflect on it in my daily life. Research on it and produce a video or post the content.
My day ends with reading 25 pages. I might sleep late at 1:30 am but reading will be my last activity.

Exercise – 60 mins which helps me to recharge my brain and body to feel fresh and healthy daily. During exercise I listen to podcasts, where I capture ideas and reflect on them.
Daily 7-8 pm is my exercise time. I make sure I hit the gym daily, which is tied to my yearly goal as well.

60 mins of content generation – Daily I should work on ideas which excite me, so that i can keep moving forward to my goal of publishing 12 videos in a month and daily 1 post in Instagram.
Daily share something with the world. Idea I got from “Show your work” book.

These 3 non-negotiables are interconnected among them.
If I fall short of these non-negotiables, I feel I am not productive on that particular day, which derails me to other unwanted stuff.

It doesn’t mean I follow them daily. I get too derailed often, but I will come back to my track the next day and look to progress on my goal to publish 12 videos monthly.

We are all human beings, we are not perfect but we can try our best to achieve what we want to accomplish in our lifetime.
